1. Submission of Designs:

2. Approval Process:

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any design submission at our discretion.

3. Commission:

• Artists will receive a commission for each sale of their designs on our website.
• Commission rates will be agreed upon between the artist and Wimzy Walls prior to the inclusion of designs on the website.

4. Payment:

• Commission payments will be made on a bi-weekly basis through our portal where Artists can track sales and commission.
• Artists are responsible for providing accurate payment information to receive commissions.

5. Rights and Ownership:

• Artists retain ownership of their designs and may continue to sell them through other channels.
• Wimzy Walls may use artists' names and images of their designs for promotional purposes.

6. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to Wimzy Walls with respect to the artist's designs will cease.

7. Indemnification:

• Artists agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wimzy Walls from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the submission or sale of their designs.

8. Governing Law:
