How to Remove Your Peel-and-Stick Wallpaper

Ready for a new look? We’ve got you covered! Removing our peel-and-stick wallpaper is just as easy as applying it. Follow these simple steps, and you’ll have your walls prepped for their next makeover in no time.

Step 1: Start at the Top

  • Begin at a corner of the wallpaper, preferably at the top of the wall.
  • Gently peel back the edge using your fingernail or a utility knife to lift the corner.

Tip: If you’re having trouble getting started, use a blow dryer on a low heat setting to warm the edge slightly. This will help loosen the adhesive for an easier peel.

Step 2: Peel Downward

  • Slowly and steadily peel the wallpaper downward at a 45-degree angle. This helps prevent the wallpaper from tearing.
  • If you’re removing a larger section, have someone hold the peeled wallpaper so it doesn’t stick back onto the wall as you go.

Note: Our wallpaper is designed to come off cleanly, but if any residue remains, don’t worry—it’s easy to remove!

Step 3: Remove Any Residue

  • If you notice any adhesive residue on the wall, use a damp cloth or sponge with warm soapy water to wipe it away gently.

Pro Tip: Avoid using abrasive cleaners or tools that could damage your wall’s surface.

Step 4: Inspect Your Wall

  • Once all the wallpaper is removed, inspect your wall to make sure it’s smooth and clean. This will help ensure it’s ready for your next design.

And that’s it! Your walls are now ready for their next transformation.
