At Wimzy Walls, every order is custom printed just for you, so all sales are final. Here’s exactly how we handle the rare hiccup:
Defects from our studio
We inspect every order before it leaves our Saint Charles, MO studio. In the unlikely event your wallpaper ships with a manufacturing defect — a printing error, a misprint, or a flaw in the material that originated with us — we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
To file a claim, email hello@wimzywalls.com within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the full print laid flat
• A close-up photo of the defect
Damage during shipping
Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of UPS. Wimzy Walls is not liable for damage, loss, or theft that occurs in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with UPS using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation. We’re happy to provide any documentation UPS requests to help your claim move quickly.
What we can’t refund
• Wallpaper that has been partially or fully installed
• Orders placed for the wrong size, color, or quantity (we always recommend a sample bundle and our wallpaper calculator before you order)
• Custom-colored or fully custom designs (these are non-returnable)
• Shipping fees
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We can’t redirect or refund packages sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
