A mural is one complete large-scale composition designed to span a 12-foot-wide wall. Murals may include landscapes, botanical scenes, illustrated environments, panoramic artwork, or other compositions that read as one continuous scene.

A traditional repeating pattern should be submitted as regular wallpaper rather than as a mural.

The panel sequence is A, B, C, D, E, F. Submit one complete mural file; do not divide the artwork into separate panel files unless requested.

The full mural must repeat seamlessly after Panel F. For walls wider than 12 feet, the sequence begins again: A | B | C | D | E | F | A | B | C.

Place two copies of the complete artwork side by side and inspect the center seam. There should be no visible break, sudden color change, disconnected line, or cropped design element.

• Design one complete 12-foot-wide scene.
• Keep important subjects away from the outer left and right edges.
• Make the design intentional when repeated and attractive when fewer than six panels are purchased.
• Do not place faces, animals, text, or major focal elements directly on panel divisions.
• Do not stretch artwork to reach the required dimensions.
• Customers receive sequential panels beginning with Panel A; an 8-foot wall receives Panels A through D.

Murals are printed 9 feet tall. The top 12 inches may be removed for a standard 8-foot wall.

Avoid placing faces, animals, text, important flowers or objects, and the primary focal point in the upper trim area. Background texture, sky, foliage, or other flexible artwork works best there.

Wimzy Walls adds the required panel overlap during production. Do not add overlap, duplicated artwork, panel guides, crop marks, trim marks, or seam allowances.

The full-composition image should allow customers to understand what appears in Panels A through F. Mockups must accurately represent the artwork’s scale and placement.

• Confirm the mural measures 144 × 108 inches.
• Confirm the right edge repeats seamlessly into the left edge.
• Confirm the artwork works across six 24-inch panels.
• Confirm essential artwork is protected from vertical trimming.
• Confirm the design remains attractive at narrower wall widths.
• Confirm the full composition and mockup show the correct scale.
• Confirm no overlap or panel markings have been added.

Murals that do not meet these requirements may be returned for revision or considered for the standard wallpaper collection instead.
